RE: Outstanding Final Report Notification
Project Title: Seabird Nesting Survey, Chukchi Region
Grant Reference: NAD-81-447-C
Dear Dr. Raven,
Our records indicate that the final technical and financial reports associated
with the above-referenced project remain outstanding as of the date of this notice.
As noted in prior correspondence issued March 1984, funding support for the
Seabird Nesting Survey, Chukchi Region project was not extended for the 1985
field season. In accordance with National Avaian Department grant administration
policy, submission of final project documentation is required following the
conclusion of the funded award period.
Required materials include:
Final narrative summary of field activities and findings
Complete nesting survey data logs and site documentation
Inventory of federally purchased field equipment
Final expenditure accounting and reconciliation
Please submit all outstanding materials no later than 15 November 1984. Failure
to close the grant file may affect eligibility for future federal funding
consideration or contracting opportunities.
If reports have already been submitted, please disregard this notice and contact
our office so records may be updated accordingly.
